All of our operating policies are contained in a Handbook, which is reviewed and updated annually. Including: Data Protection & GDPR – Privacy notice , Equal opportunities, Safeguarding , E-Safety, Smoking, Drugs & alcohol, Prevent, Whistleblowing, Recruitment, Grievances, Health & Safety, Hazardous Substances, Fire Safety.
We undertake risk assessments relating to Fire Risk, Flooding Risk, The Riverside Centre building, Field at the rear of the building & river frontage, Car park and multi-use games area (MUGA), Archery, Canoes, kayaks & bell boats, Hirers using the building.
We have full liability insurance for all activities on offer and operate in line with risk assessments for all of our activities.
Safeguarding and operating procedures
PRYC have all the necessary safeguarding procedures in place. All staff involved with working with the young people have current enhanced DBS checks. These systems are in place to protect the young people. More information available on request and on our Safeguarding page.
Parent concerns and how to contact
