Are you passionate about making a difference? Pershore Riverside Centre is seeking a dedicated and visionary Chair of Trustees to lead our board and drive our mission forward. This volunteer role is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of our organisation and make positive impact on the community.
Key responsibility:
- To govern and direct the Charity.
- To help oversee the day-to-day operations of the Youth Charity and Community services.
- To support the future sustainability and long-term project of the overall building and Youth service.
- To assist in raising the service’s profile.
- To support the staff team, working alongside other trustees.
- To consult and be involved in the overall mission and aims for the future.

We are seeking volunteers who can support young people through life-skill sessions, companies that can broaden career aspirations through visits or placements and youth workers with relevant qualifications or experience for regular youth clubs. If you are interested in working with us please contact us.
Youth Workers – To help with regular evening sessions and/or Holiday activity weeks.
Paid & Voluntary roles available.
Volunteer Digital Media Specialist – To support our social media campaigns, and design of promotional material.
Volunteer HR Adviser – To help us to ensure that we keep up-to-date with legislation and practice, and to provide support with work plans and appraisals.
Volunteer Grant Assistant – We have been successful with securing grant funding but it is now more challenging. If you could spare a few hours a week to help with the administration of gathering grants, we would love to hear from you.
Volunteer Gardener – Just a few hours a month to help keep the grounds nice, at a time that suits you.
