Meeting Room
A pleasant room, set apart from the rest of the Centre, which opens onto the raised terrace. Often used for meetings around a modular table.
Terrace
Raised decking overlooking the field & river. Available on its own or as part of a package. Large marquee and great view.
Main Hall
Newly renovated, check out the beautiful floor! Ideal for sports clubs, large groups and meetings.
TV Room
Chill-out space for TV, social gaming or chatting.
Music Room
A fully soundproofed room, kitted out with mixer, electric keyboard, guitars & electronic drums for jamming, lessons & recording.
Kitchen & Servery
The hub of the Centre! New equipment including dishwasher, makes party prep & serving easy.
Community Room
A bright, flexible space for meetings, groups and social activities. Arrange the modular furniture, or stack it away, whatever suits you.
Our fabulous building has its own car park, disabled access, outside decking and a private field leading down to our own pontoon on the River Avon. The hall is great for parties – complete with disco lights and sound system; or as a mini sports hall. The meeting room is ideal for small groups; or take advantage of the outside decking and riverside field for a family get together. A well-equipped kitchen with serving area, TV room, pool table, music room, tables and chairs for 40 people can be added to the package. Car park FREE parking for all our hirers (with room for a minimum of 13 cars), which is rare in the centre of Pershore. If you have a few cars arriving, this makes our rates great value. Parking, plus the accessibility ramp, make it easy for less-mobile users.
Meeting room (5m x 6.5m) A bright room, set apart from the rest, that accommodates 16 people boardroom style, or fewer informally. This would be ideal for a book group, small meeting or social session, especially when combined with the adjacent decking as an optional extra and use of the kitchen for all-important tea and cake.
Hall (6m x 8.5m) This is a multi-functional open space, decorated by the young people as part of a project. It is ideal for parties; has a great floor for dancing and mats for fitness classes; or becomes a mini sports hall, with table tennis, table football, Xbox, Wii and music equipment. Combine it with use of the pool table in the open area and access to the decking as optional extras.
The Hall can also accommodate formal meetings and presentations – with tables and chairs for up to 40 people, a high-quality screen and projector. Or it can be sub-divided for informal groups, courses, craft work etc. Add the decking and meeting room to make a really flexible space for a day’s event.
Decking An elevated large outdoor area across the back of the building, overlooking the back field and down to the river. It has railings and gates so is secure for young children, but not locked. Our decking accommodates a large marquee measuring 8 x 6 meters with open walls to allow for airflow.
Social space A zoned space offering sofas, pool table and computer area with two PCs, free wifi (codes issued to hirers) and easy access to the kitchen.
TV room Space and sofas in which to chill, watch TV and chat. Ideal as an add-on when hiring the Hall or meeting room, as a break-out space for adults, or to accommodate older children at a kid’s party.
Music room with electronic drums, guitars, iMac, MIDI interface, mixers, Djembe drums, percussion instruments, mics, recording set-up – this is one of the most-used rooms and a vital part of youth club sessions. The music room is currently under renovation. Hopefully in Spring 2020 it will be available to hire for tuition, practice and recording.
