Meet the Team

The staff at Pershore Riverside Centre prides itself on running an exemplary service – safe, professional, friendly, forward looking, accessible and affordable for all. In order to do this, all staff, youth workers and visiting healthcare professionals are DBS checked and work within safeguarding protocols, industry-standard policies & procedures, National Youth Agency guidance and overall good + safe practice.

The team are highly trained ensuring they are prepared for each and every scenario for young people and the community – from First Aid, Team teach and managing challenging behaviour, to mental health first aid. We are forever training to be experts within our field to provide the best and safest environment for young people.

Youth Manager Brad – Bradley brings a wealth of Youth work experience, knowledge and is a JNC Level 6 qualified Youth and community worker. He joined us in September 2015 during his Youth and community degree and has stuck with us ever since! Brad heads a dedicated team of 7 sessional youth workers, including SEND specialists; a professional Counsellor, plus volunteers and student placements when available. Brad has worked nationally on youth and community projects. He also delivers the Youth Studies Level 2 and 3 courses inhouse and across the midlands.

Centre Coordinator Olena – Olena handles the day-to-day administration for the charity. Including Lettings, finance and building management!

Volunteers are also an invaluable part of Pershore Riverside Centre. We are very grateful to Martha (Counsellor), Graham (Web Manager) and Bob (Cleaner) for their contributions.
